Our bottling facility is housed in a brand new, purpose built 7,500 square feet building. It consists of tank storage for processing beer, a bottling line and a finished product area. The facility is SALSA and Soil Association accredited – one of only six bottling lines in the UK with this status.
Beer when delivered is passed through a chilling system that takes the temperature of the beer down to -1 degrees. The beer is then held in storage for 36 hours before being filtered, carbonated, labelled, filled, and then packed and palletised. Our process allows a quick turnaround and the ability to keep losses to the minimum.
We can offer short term storage of finished product, and dispatch to customers. We are capable of packing volumes from 1000 to 18,000 litres, and can take delivery in IBC’s Arlington’s, and tankers* (*November 2018).
